MAIIA Concierge adjusts the hotel offer and content to each of your guests and presents a personalized digital companion that makes every stay in your hotel unique experience aligned with his interests. In addition, MAIIA Concierge can also accommodate food preferences, diets and allergies of your guests, and to recommend them meals that are in accordance with these preferences and restrictions, which far exceeds the knowledge of the waiter.
Within the project "Possibility of applying artificial intelligence in the tourism sector", with the support of the Center for Digital Transformation and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Within this program, 20 renowned hotels participated, which, through a series of workshops together with the creators of MAIIA Concierge, worked on solutions to these problems faced by hotels in Serbia and the region through the use of artificial intelligence.
MAIIA Concierge is the first platform based on artificial intelligence, intended hotels in Serbia and which is adapted to local ones conditions and needs. Developed with the support of CDT and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce within the program "Possibility of applying artificial of intelligence in the tourism sector", MAIIA Concierge is conceived and developed with support and participation directors or relevant managers of 20 renowned domestic hotels in the first two phases.
