Hotels in our target segment typically run 500–1500 conversations per month. The cost difference for us across that range is negligible, and we would rather build a product hotels can use freely than meter conversations like a utility. If a hotel ever runs into volumes far above the norm we will reach out — but no surprise overage on your invoice.

The Website Sales Agent is €150/mo up to 150 rooms, then €1/mo for each room above 150. With annual billing, the 20% discount applies to that total. The Guest App scales by band — €100 floor under 50 rooms, then €2.50 (or €3.50 with wellness) per room in the 50–100 range, €2.20 / €3.00 in the 100–150 range, €2.00 / €2.50 in the 150–200 range. A2A (agent-to-agent) is the protocol that lets ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity hand visitors over to your sales agent on your own domain — without losing the conversation context. It's brand new for the entire industry, and we want our early customers to test it with us. Today, A2A is free as a pilot for any hotel that purchases the Website Sales Agent. Future customers will pay €89/mo flat.

Two or more properties under one ownership get a 15% bundle discount across the entire stack, plus the Multi-property dashboard included. Larger groups get custom terms and white-label options on the Group plan.

No. All prices on this page are shown ex-VAT, the standard for B2B SaaS. Depending on your billing country, the appropriate VAT will be added to your invoice — Serbia 20% (PDV), Montenegro 21% (PDV), Croatia 25% (PDV), Greece 24% (FPA), Turkey 20% (KDV), EU member states their local rate. VAT-registered businesses inside the EU benefit from reverse-charge where applicable. The calculator has a 'Show with PDV' toggle if you want to see Serbian gross prices.

Move up at any time — we prorate the difference and credit it to your next invoice. Move down at the end of your current billing cycle. If you're on annual billing, downgrades take effect at the end of your annual period, but you keep the 20% discount you already paid for.

No long-term contracts. Cancel any time — monthly accounts end at the close of the current month, annual accounts end at the close of the annual term. Your data and content remain exportable from the Control Center for 60 days after cancellation.

We don't run open-ended free trials because MAIIA needs your content properly approved before it works as advertised — a hollow trial would be hollow proof. Instead, eligible hotels can qualify for free module pilots when they purchase a tier (for example, Guest App or A2A pilot bundled with Website Sales Agent).
